Refund policy

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

We accept returns of unopened items in case of defects or incorrect products, provided they are returned within seven days of delivery. For such returns, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Returns & Exchanges for Damaged Items

Please refrain from returning or exchanging items that have been damaged due to customer handling. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns unrelated to defects or incorrect items.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses delivery for their own reasons, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any handling fees. Please understand this in advance.

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support within seven days.

Inspection and Damage Claims

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items. Contact us immediately if you find any defects or damages or accept the wrong things.

Non-Returnable Items

Items such as perishables (food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (special orders, personalized items, etc.), and personal care products (beauty products, etc.) cannot be returned. Also, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please contact us for any inquiries regarding specific products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
